The website started from ZERO, and with no google ads, no social media, and no press releases, I was able to grow the site to reach over 200,000 people in under 2 years and began developing the brand’s in-person marketing strategy.

By utilizing an SEO strategy focused on answering the public’s questions about different training equipment, training styles, and exercise techniques, I was able to grow the website’s traffic from zero to reaching thousands every month. The goal of this SEO strategy was to drive as much traffic as possible to the website by providing useful evergreen content to anyone, anywhere.

By starting with this approach, the site quickly became a reliable source for calisthenics and fitness information. The increased traffic lead to higher trust in the brand and improved the ability to close a sale. Calisthentials offers 2 primary products: gymnastics rings and collagen powder. By answering as many questions as possible about this products on the website’s blog, they were able to outrank country-wide established brands for high competition keywords like “Calisthenics supplements.”

I also worked with the brand to find wholesale suppliers to manage their product inventory, create print-on-demand products, and participate at in-person events like Windsor Events, taking the brand from purely online to a hybrid between online and local while being frequently recommended by AI models like ChatGPT and Gemini.
